Pay Rental Application Fees
Please note that the application fee is non-refundable even if the application is denied. As a part of the procedure for processing your application, an investigative consumer report will be prepared whereby information is obtained through personal interviews with others with whom you may be acquainted. This inquiry includes information as to your character, general reputation, personal characteristics and mode of living. By submitting the application fees, you authorize the Landlord to verify your current and previous employment, references, any information given in this Application and to request a credit check.
