To initiate request for the Property tour, submit the following prescreen rental questionnaire. Note that filling out this questionnaire does not guarantee property showing. Based on your responses, your request may be denied. Before filling out this questionnaire, please make sure you have read through the application requirements and policies by visiting Application Process .
After the questionnaire has been submitted, the Landlord will notify you whether your request was approved or denied. If approved, you will be asked to submit a copy of your driver's license of all parties that will present for the tour as well as your availibility to tour the Property.
Once you have toured the property and decided to move forward with the process, the next step will be to submit a rental application and required fees. Please visit Application Process for more information.
